1. Service Area
SD Lawn Maintenance services Cherokee County, Georgia and select neighboring areas. If you're outside our standard service area we'll let you know before scheduling.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Bookings are made through our Square scheduling system, by phone/text, or via our website quote form.
- Recurring services (weekly/bi-weekly) lock in a regular slot on our route.
- You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee equal to one service.
- Cancel a recurring plan anytime — no contracts.
3. Payment
- All billing runs through Square. A card is securely placed on file at the time of your first booking.
- Cards are charged after the service is completed.
- Failed payments incur a $10 retry fee after a 48-hour grace period.
4. Weather Policy
If conditions are unsafe (rain, lightning, saturated ground), we'll reschedule to the next available dry day, typically within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an automatic text update.
5. Overgrowth & Special Conditions
Standard pricing applies to grass up to 8 inches in height. Lawns significantly overgrown may be subject to an "Overgrowth Fee" reflecting additional time and equipment wear. We'll always confirm with you before applying any extra charge.
6. Property Access
- Please keep gates unlocked and pets inside on your service day.
- If we can't access the property and aren't notified in advance, a trip fee may apply.
- We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation heads, decorative items, or invisible fences. Please flag these for us before the first service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you notice a missed spot or quality issue, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back to correct it at no additional charge.
8. Liability
SD Lawn Maintenance is fully licensed and insured (Stratos Dynamics LLC). Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related texts and calls (appointment confirmations, weather updates, etc.). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated occasionally. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
